Join the Villanova University Track & Field and Cross Country coaching staff for four days of excellent training and fun. Villanova Track & Field Camp provides the foundation for your track & field career. Train with experienced coaches and athletes for your event and learn from special guest speakers. Staffed by experienced coaches and top collegiate athletes, you will enjoy both individual and small group instruction. We will cover all track & field events except the pole vault and hammer throw. Interactive lecture sessions over the years have included a wide variety of topics including nutrition, flexibility, training and footwear selection. A certified trainer is also on staff. Overnight campers stay in supervised air-conditioned dormitories at Villanova University. Overnight camp size is limited. Three meals per day are included and served in the cafeteria. Day campers are provided lunch.

Day Campers – Bathing suit if pool is available, towels, workout attire, rain gear, water bottle, extra t-shirts, and spikes.
Overnight Campers Sheets & a blanket or sleeping bag, pillow case & pillow, towels/face cloth, bathing suit if the pool is available, work-out attire, spikes, slacks/shorts/tops, socks, jackets, sweater, rain gear, alarm clock & water bottle. All campers should bring their specialty shoes (throwing shoes, etc). Throwers, if you prefer, you can bring your own implements. Bring some spending money if you would like to purchase anything while on campus.
There will be a $75 administrative charge for all cancellations. No refunds for cancellations after June 1st without a doctor’s note. There is no refund of fee if a camper leaves camp prematurely.
